The industry bottleneck

The unbillable grind

Up to 60% of a principal architect's time is wasted on non-creative friction: navigating complex municipal byelaws, manual cost estimations, and drafting.

Geographic lock-in

Expanding a practice across borders requires months of unbillable hours to learn local regulations and source regional material networks.

The SaaS trap

Legacy AEC software forces studios into rigid, expensive monthly subscriptions that penalize independent practices regardless of active project volume.

The AEC co-pilot

Empowerment, not replacement

Arch-Assist handles the administrative and drafting heavy lifting, leaving the professional in total control of the high-value spatial design. The AI assists; the architect authors.

Human-in-the-loop

Strategic evaluation gates require the architect to sign off before data moves to the next agent. Total legal liability and creative control remain firmly with the principal.

Real-time compliance

An intelligent background agent continuously monitors the design, instantly flagging setback or regulatory violations the moment a wall is shifted, preventing municipal rejection.

Live MVP

Material Investigator

Photograph a space. Investigate its finishes. Find material options, indicative rates and nearby suppliers.

  • Numbered surface regions with up to three candidate material families
  • Evidence status on every specification field — never invented brands, rates or stock
  • Dated rate cards and nearby supplier links for the project location
  • Editable spec sheet with PDF / CSV export

Companion tool available now as an MVP; pilot cities Guwahati and Kolkata.

The 12-agent ecosystem

A focused chain: feasibility first, visualisation next, production drawings last.

Module 1

Principle: AI executes deterministic production work; the architect retains creative authorship, judgment, liability and final sign-off.

How data moves

From project to issue — through architect gates

Each agent writes a versioned, hashed output packet. Only signed-off packets move on. Tap any agent to open its initial version.

Vaastu Advisor

Starter Pack extension: a configurable, human-supervised advisory module for culturally aligned planning. Advisory only — not statutory approval.

  • Orientation + zoning
  • Room placement
  • Services + circulation
  • Vaastu Alignment Score
  • Annotated plan overlay
  • Severity-graded findings

Every recommendation can be accepted, rejected or overridden. The module informs design decisions but never overrides professional control.

Human-in-the-loop control

Every agent produces a reviewable output package. Nothing passes forward without architect approval.

Gate 1

Massing / FAR / setback validation before costing.

Gate 2

Cost assumptions and material-grade edits before client budget.

Gate 3

Spatial planning corrections before model generation.

Gate 4+

Design, drawings, details and services reviewed before issue.

The utility business model

Consumption-based pricing

Eliminating subscription fatigue: a one-time perpetual software license that includes a baseline token allocation for initial workflow operations.

The “electricity” tiered structure

Token refills are purchased in tiered slabs. As studios scale their usage to run agents on every project, the cost-per-token decreases.

Modules sold independently

Each agent and pack can be adopted on its own — no need to wait for the full 12-agent suite.

Deterministic procedural workflows

Instead of un-editable pixel output, strict procedural workflows — CAD layer mapping and SketchUp Ruby API scripting — produce editable vector and solid geometry.
